IPRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION I <br />Position: City Administrator <br />This is highly responsible work in directing and coordinating the administration of municipal <br />government in accordance with policies and procedures established by the City Council. The <br />City of Lino Lakes operates under a Council- Administrator form of government, and provides a <br />mayor and a four - member council elected at large. Under the direct supervision of the City <br />Administrator is the Public Services Director, Public Safety Director, Community Development <br />Director, Finance Director, and Director of Administration. <br />1. The City Administrator shall be the Chief Executive Officer for the city council and shall <br />coordinate the administration of all city departments; the City Administrator shall <br />oversee the implementation of all City Council policies and initiatives. <br />Rating <br />U N F E <br />Suggestions for Improvements: Specific area(s) with regard to this task that need <br />• strengthening. <br />• <br />Commendations: Area(s) of performance with regard to this task calling for commendation. <br />2. Directly responsible to the City Council for the enforcement of all ordinances, <br />regulations and law enforcement policies of the city, state and federal government which <br />may apply within the boundaries of the city. <br />Rating <br />U N F E <br />Suggestions for Improvements: Specific area(s) with regard to this task that need <br />strengthening. <br />Commendations: Area(s) of performance with regard to this task calling for commendation. <br />
