<br />development.
<br />2. Approve Resolution No. 08 -18 approving the conditional use permit for a motor fuel

<br />3. Approve Resolution No. 08 -19 approving the conditional use permit for a commercial car
<br />wash.
<br />4. Deny the resolutions and thus the project.
<br />5. Table the resolutions and return to staff with direction.
