CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08 -32 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Jon Randall Samuelson, a vendor for Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., <br />has submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Jon Randall Samuelson has complied with all of the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary <br />license for a profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background <br />check on Mr. Jon Randall Samuelson; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, <br />Mr. Jon Samuelson, an employee of Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., is hereby <br />authorized to vend for a period of six - months beginning March 25, 2008 and <br />ending September 25, 2008 subject to all conditions and provisions of said <br />ordinance. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of March 2008. <br />John J.
