• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 1 D <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br />DATE: March 24, 2008 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 08 -33, Approving Peddlers License for <br />Cedar Valley Exteriors. <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority (3/5 Vote) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Mr. Jeffrey David Hausmann, a representative of Cedar Valley Exteriors, 1700 <br />93rd Lane NE, Blaine, MN, has submitted a peddler's license application to the <br />city clerk's office. Cedar Valley Exteriors is in the business of providing home <br />improvements such as roofing, siding and gutters. They propose to go door -to- <br />door in the city selling their services. <br />The City has received from Cedar Valley Exteriors all the necessary forms <br />required to issue a license. The license would be a renewal and background <br />checks have been performed on all representatives who would be working in the <br />city. <br />The application and all other required information is on file in the city clerk's <br />office for review. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
