Attached are four graphs that show the different affects that will happen to the water <br />tower levels based on the following: <br />- Failure of Well #2 or Well #3. <br />- Failure of the Correctional Facility Well. <br />- A demand increase of 10% or 20 %. <br />- ISO 4 Hour Event for a fire. <br />The Lino Lakes Public Works department has not received any complaints about the <br />odd / even water use restrictions and the reaction to the warnings received by 283 <br />residents last year was minimal. Rick DeGardner (Public Services Director) and Tim <br />Hillesheim (Utilities Supervisor) will be at the April 7th Work Session meeting to answer <br />any questions. <br />Requested Council Direction <br />Staff is recommending implementation of Ordinance No. 06 -08, Amending the Lino <br />Lakes City Code, Chapter 400, Water and Sewer, by amending subdivisions 1 -4 under <br />section 401.02, Use of Water Restrictions to Authorized Persons. <br />This would be: <br />1. Maintaining the odd / even water use restrictions. <br />2. Creating a mid -day water use restriction from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. <br />2 <br />
