He eventually became a named partner at <br />McDonough, Wagner, Schaeffer and Ho where he practiced in the <br />areas of family law and criminal defense. In 1995, Henry was <br />awarded a part-time public defender contract in Dakota County. In <br />2000, he focused his career exclusively in criminal defense when <br />he joined the full -time First District Public Defender's Office. <br />Henry joined Campbell Knutson in 2005. <br />PRACTICE AREAS <br />Henry is full -time prosecutor with Campbell Knutson. His <br />background and passion for criminal law is invaluable in this <br />position. In his legal career, he has handled thousands of criminal <br />cases ranging from speeding tickets to first degree murder.
