Jay Squires and Joe <br />Langel do a great deal of work in land use, land acquisition, public contracting, and <br />construction disputes. Margaret Skelton does a significant amount of work in public sector <br />labor and employment law. All of our attorneys practice general municipal law. <br />Based on the fact that our firm is almost entirely devoted to representing local <br />governments, we have access to, and use, abundant resources regarding public sector law. <br />We are members of several law organizations devoted to representing local governments, <br />such as the International Municipal Lawyers Association, the Minnesota Association of City <br />Attorneys, and the American Bar Association State and Local Government Section.
