C <br />Memo <br />To: Katie Larsen <br />From: Marty Asleson <br />Date: May 7, 2014 <br />Re: Final Plat Review Comments/Northpointe <br />F <br />Environmental <br />I have the following comments about the 4/28/2014 Northpointe Plat: <br />• Corrected tree species are appropriate for given planting sites. <br />• Any proposed berm must have a landscape plan approved by the city. <br />• All utility alleys should be pushed back to the curb as much as possible or not <br />waiver from project templates in order to maximize room for trees, especially <br />in areas where there is sidewalk. <br />• In parts 8.3.1 to 8.3.3 of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan it should be <br />added that the project manager will forward all inspection and correction <br />sheets to the government MS4 agencies; that is, the RCWD and the City of <br />Lino Lakes <br />• The name, contact information, and certifications for qualification must be <br />given to the MS4's before any soil disturbance, and or building project occurs. <br />No permits will be given until we have this information. <br />• Page 1 <br />
