3. Sandwich board 6 feet and under in size located within 10 feet of the business <br />fagade will no longer count towards the 90 day temporary sign allowance. Permit <br />will be required annually. Sign can only be displayed during business hours. <br />4. One temporary off -premise sign will be allowed on any commercial, industrial or <br />public -semi-public zoned property. Sign size shall not exceed 24 sq. ft. Sign <br />shall be allowed for a maximum of 90 days total annually and for no more than 30 <br />consecutive days. Sign allowance shall count toward that properties annual <br />temporary sign allowance. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is requesting public comment and discussion on the proposed changes. Based on <br />comments received staff will develop the final ordinance language for presentation to the <br />board and public. Staff is recommending continuation of the public hearing until June <br />11, 2014 Planning and Zoning Board. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
