I do have some suggestions, <br />however, that I hope you take into consideration. I operate a retail music store -school <br />located directly on Lake Drive and streetside advertising is essential for us. <br />1.Simplify regulations <br />2. Allot each business a specific number of days per year of free sign display. <br />(business gets to choose which days) <br />3. Each business can purchase more days if they wish. <br />4. Allow business a specific number of days that they can keep sign out for 24 hours. <br />5.
