MEMORANDUM <br />TO: RANDY SCHUMACHER <br />FROM: TOM DEWOLFE <br />DATE: NOVEMBER 14, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: '94 BUDGET AMENDMENT ON 41940 -500 <br />($15,000 CITY HALL HEATING AND COOLING) <br />In our discussion on Building Budget item 41950 -500 "upgrade city <br />hall cooling and heating" for $15,000.00 your comment was not to <br />use this amount because of the possibility of a new city hall in <br />the near future. <br />With this in mind I would like to get Council approval to use this <br />money for other important needs that came up, before the end of <br />1994. <br />Below is a list and approximate quote cost of each item needed for <br />other City owned buildings. <br />ITEM: <br />1) Dormer (roof, sides and door) to the north side of 3,800.00 <br />the Police entrance. <br />(If just a roof - no sides this would be lower). <br />2) Sign for front of Police building 857.50 <br />(Permit is approved). <br />3) Rain gutters for Park building 600.00 <br />(Lot side only). <br />4) Pole barn - new doors, including opener <br />2678.00 X 2 = 5,356.00 <br />SUBTOTAL 10,613.50 <br />TAX 689.88 <br />TOTAL 1 THRU 4 11,303.38 <br />
