Therefore, <br />the Roads and Transportation element is presented in the beginning of the transportation <br />chapter, and is followed by the transportation plan itself. The Community, Residential, and <br />Neighborhood Development Element is presented within the Land Use and Housing Plans. <br />Similarly, the Economic and Commercial Development vision element is presented in the <br />Economic Development Chapter of the Plan. Finally, the Community Amenities and Natural <br />Resource Element is presented in the Resource Management System Plan. <br />Implementation of the Vision <br />Given the unique process initiated by the city council, the SPOTLIGHT on 2030 Community Vision <br />Plan segued into the Comprehensive and Resource Management planning efforts in 2007. <br />Community and citizen involvement continued throughout each step of the entire effort to create <br />and adopt these plans. The Vision will be implemented through the adoption of the <br />Comprehensive and Resource Management Plans and official controls that result from these <br />plans. <br />The city will have many partners regionally and locally — especially Lino Lakes' citizens —who will <br />be major contributors to the successful implementation of these plans. A major responsibility for <br />their successful implementation will rest with the city council and the leadership and stewardship <br />it provides in guiding Lino Lakes to 2030.
