The developers involved have reviewed and approved the <br />assessments. Staff is recommending approval. <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 08 -118 and No. 08 -120 as <br />presented. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />Approval of Resolution No. 08 -117, Adopting Assessments, 2008 Individual Properties <br />Which Requested Connection to City Utilities — City Engineer Studenski explained that staff <br />received requests from several property owners to connect to city utilities. These property <br />owners have agreed to assessments for the work they request and are waiving their rights to a <br />hearing and appeal process under state assessment law. The three properties involved are 7778 <br />Lake Drive, 6347 Ware Road, and 6508 West Shadow Lake Road. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 08 -117 as presented. Council <br />Member Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />144 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />145 September 8, 2008 City Council Meeting Minutes as corrected at the October 6, 2008 work <br />146 session. <br />147 <br />148 Council Member Stoltz moved approval of the minutes as presented. Council Member Gallup <br />149 seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />150 NEW BUSINESS <br />151 There was no new business. <br />152 <br />153 ADJOURNMENT <br />154 Council Member Reinert moved to adjourn at 6:55 p.m. Council Member O'Donnell seconded <br />155 the motion.
