<br />1988A Construction
<br />This fund accounted for the various projects financed by the Permanent Improvement Bonds of
<br />1988. The City closed this fund in 1991 into the Improvement Bonds of 1988 Debt Service Fund.
<br />1988B Construction
<br />This fund accounts for the various projects financed by the Temporary Improvement Bonds of
<br />1988. The fund balance of this fund was $20,938 at December 31, 1991 which is designated for
<br />the final bituminous wearing surface. During 1991 the City obtained estimated amounts for final
<br />paving and transferred the remaining balance to the Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1988 Debt
<br />Service Fund.
<br />1989 Construction
<br />This fund accounts for the various projects financed by the Temporary Improvement Bonds of
<br />1989. The fund balance of this fund was $290,101 at December 31, 1991. A summary of the
