The transfer to the Interim <br />Fund was for reimbursement of prior expenditures. The assessments for West Central, <br />Woodridge, and Sunrise Meadows were adopted in 1990. The assessments for Reshanau Third <br />were adopted in 1991. <br />1990 Construction <br />This fund accounts for the Second Avenue construction project which is financed by the <br />Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1990B. This project was scheduled for completion in 1991. <br />The fund balance of this fund was $77,218 at December 31, 1991. We recommend that upon <br />completion of the Second Avenue project, the City transfer the remaining balance to the Temporary <br />Improvement Bonds of 1990B. <br />1991 Construction <br />This fund accounts for the various projects financed by the Temporary Improvement Bonds of <br />1991A.
