Accept Resignation of City Administrator Gordon Heitke — Mayor Bergeson reported <br />64 that City Administrator Heitke has tendered his resignation, effective March 13, 2009. He has <br />65 accepted a position with another city. The council is grateful for Mr. Heitke's years of service <br />66 and will be formally honoring him at a future council meeting. <br />67 <br />68 Council Member Stoltz moved to accept Mr. Heitke's resignation. Council Member O'Donnell <br />69 seconded the motion. First Reading of Ordinance No. 02 -09, Amending Subdivision Ordinance for <br />83 Housekeeping and Consistency with City Code <br />84 Reading and roll call required <br />85 <br />86 City Planner Smyser reported that the primary reason for updating the subdivision regulations in <br />87 the city code is to bring them into consistency with the updating of entire city code. The <br />88 ordinance before the council is basically housekeeping items recommended by the code attorney. <br />89 After a public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Board has approved the update.
