Accept Resignation of City Administrator Gordon Heitke — Mayor Bergeson reported 64 that City Administrator Heitke has tendered his resignation, effective March 13, 2009. He has 65 accepted a position with another city. The council is grateful for Mr. Heitke's years of service 66 and will be formally honoring him at a future council meeting. 67 68 Council Member Stoltz moved to accept Mr. Heitke's resignation. Council Member O'Donnell 69 seconded the motion. First Reading of Ordinance No. 02 -09, Amending Subdivision Ordinance for 83 Housekeeping and Consistency with City Code 84 Reading and roll call required 85 86 City Planner Smyser reported that the primary reason for updating the subdivision regulations in 87 the city code is to bring them into consistency with the updating of entire city code. The 88 ordinance before the council is basically housekeeping items recommended by the code attorney. 89 After a public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Board has approved the update.
