Item 6A had been withdrawn from the agenda. <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />A pen set was presented to City Administrator Gordon Heitke. On behalf of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, the Mayor offered thanks to Mr. Heitke for his five years of service and acknowledged his <br />contributions. Mr. Heitke thanked the council for the opportunity to serve the city. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Reinert moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Council Member Gallup <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried.
