Approval of Resolution No. 09 -15, Accepting Plans and Specifications, <br />Authorizing Bids, 2009 Sealcoat Project <br />Engineer Studenski reported that each year, based on data included in the City's Payment <br />Management Plan, the city establishes a street sealcoat project. This year's project <br />recommendations were presented to the council. Mr. Studenski reviewed the proposed project <br />areas utilizing an overhead projection. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 09 -15 as presented. Council <br />Member Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried. Council Members O'Donnell and Stoltz <br />were absent. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />There was no unfinished business. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />8A. Approval of February 23, 2009 Council Work Session Minutes. <br />Council Member Reinert absent. <br />8B. Approval of February 23, 2009 City Council Meeting Minutes. <br />Council Member Reinert absent <br />An inadequate number of members were present to act upon the minutes; therefore they were <br />postponed. <br />ADJOURN <br />There being no further business, Council Member Gallup moved to adjourn at 7:40 p.m. Council <br />Member Reinert seconded the motion.
