It looks like there is a bit of a discrepancy between our list & yours. She's listed only 1 PIN for Mr. McNamara, not 4. And the PIN on the LBAE record is the only property owned by M & M Financial Co, the owner of record. There are only 7 parcels for Jeff Joyer instead of 8, and she shows 13 parcels for North Country Builders instead of 12. I will ask her to get in touch with you so that you two can review your notes to ensure that we've listed all the necessary PIN's on the record and that the record and the meeting minutes are both correct.
