Council member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />NNW <br />MEN <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-123 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2001 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution <br />setting out final General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the following final General Fund operating budget be adopted <br />for 2001: <br />2001 PROPOSED GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $4,152,048 <br />Intergovernmental Revenue 369,700 <br />Licenses and Permits 721,318 <br />Charges for Services 243,000 <br />Fines & Forfeitures 100,000 <br />Interest on Investments 90,000 <br />Miscellaneous 371,800 <br />TOTAL PROPOSED GENERAL FUND REVENUES $6,047,866 <br />EXPENDITURES: <br />Administration $1,008,051 <br />Community Development 826,805 <br />Public Safety 2,285,983 <br />Public Services 1,927,027 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES $6,047,866 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of December, 2000. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Ry -chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Dahl <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
