IMMer <br />Council member Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-08 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2001 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2001 Water and Sewer Operating Budgets during <br />their work session held August 31, 2000, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and made adjustments to the utility rate schedule for the years <br />2001 -2003 sufficient to fund the utility operations in those years, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budgets by resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following Water <br />and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2001 are hereby adopted: <br />Operating Revenues <br />Transfers <br />2001 Water Operating Budget 2001 Sewer Operating Budget <br />$1,036,700 $ 873,200 <br />307.650 -0- <br />Total Revenues & Transfers $1,344,350 $ 873,200 <br />Operating Expenses $ 752,617 $1,021,679 <br />Debt Service <br />1996B Bond Payment 307,650 -0- <br />1999B Bond Payment 32.784 -0- <br />Total Expenses $1,042,381 $1,021,679 <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses S 301,969 $ (148,4791 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 22nd day of January, 2001. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Dahl and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
