Work with bank /investors /commercial brokers to generate development <br />interest in purchase of the remaining property. <br />2. Work with bank /commercial brokers to generate interest in existing <br />tenant space. <br />3. Promote the unique opportunities for mixed use and higher densities <br />available on this site. <br />4. Develop additional development options for the city council to consider <br />based on current market conditions and developer interest. <br />PROJECTED RESULTS: <br />The Woods Edge project will incorporate public facilities into a mixed - <br />use commercial /residential development center to provide municipal <br />services, a physical sense of identity for the City, an active, pedestrian - <br />oriented environment, and a profitable business center.
