Continue to work with developers, landowners and prospects. <br />2. Identify redevelopment opportunities within the Town Center and <br />recommend public investment strategies to facilitate redevelopment of <br />blighted and underutilized land. <br />3. Continue long range planning efforts to integrate existing and new <br />development through a mix of uses, connecting pedestrian walkways, <br />architecture and landscaping. <br />PROJECTED RESULTS: <br />The Town Center will create a physical sense of identity for the <br />City, and a profitable business center that will increase the value <br />of land along I -35W, enhance the City's tax base, create jobs and <br />provide a wide range of goods and services for the community. <br />5 <br />
