Identify areas for redevelopment due to existing non- <br />conforming conditions, compatibility problems or under - <br />utilization of the site. <br />2. Consider costs /benefits to purchasing 6931 Lake Drive on a <br />3 -year option. Identify best use of properties in the Triangle <br />and marketing strategies. <br />3. Consult with City Council regarding vision and policies for 3- <br />acre city -owned site on Lake Drive /77`h Street <br />4. Facilitate the development of new retail and office centers on <br />Lake Drive, including the city owned parcels (3 acres), by <br />promoting redevelopment TIF to assist in the purchase and <br />demolition of non - conforming uses. <br />5.
