• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 1C <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br />MEETING DATE: June 22, 2009 <br />TOPIC Consider Resolution No. 09 -37, Approving <br />2009 -2010 Tobacco License Renewals <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority (3/5 Vote Required) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />All tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes expire on June 30, 2009. Staff has been <br />working with the license holders to put in place all renewal information so as to allow for <br />Council consideration at this time. <br />Attached is a list of the establishments that have submitted renewal applications. As <br />indicated, the applicants have completed the necessary documentation and paid the <br />required fee for the license. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Adopt Resolution 09 -37 approving renewal of tobacco licenses for the period of <br />July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2010. <br />2.
