Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-37 <br />APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF TOBACCO LICENSES <br />FOR THE 2009/2010 LICENSING PERIOD <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for <br />and ending on June 30 the following year, <br />is <br />one year, commencing on July 9 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of tobacco <br />licenses; <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been <br />submitted and verified that licensing requirements are met; <br />WHEREAS, the city has completed the required background investigations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby adopts Resolution No. 09-37 approving the <br />renewal of tobacco licenses as set forth in Exhibit A that is attached to this <br />resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22rd day of June, 2009. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of foregoing being taken duly <br />following by <br />Council Member and upon <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
