CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-40 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE DRUG <br />FORFEITURE FUND TO THE CRIME PREVENTION ACCOUNT <br />WHEREAS, the purchase of the office equipment creates a deficit in the Crime <br />Prevention Account, and <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the Drug Forfeiture Fund is to be used to refund the Crime <br />Prevention Account <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be adopted: <br />Increase Decrease <br />Crime Prevention (420 -4214) up to $3,000.00 <br />Drug Forfeiture Fund (801 -2023) Up to $3,000 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of June 2009. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
