Council Member Gallup introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />_- CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-147 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2009 Water and Sewer Operating Budgets during <br />their work session held August 18, 2008, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budgets by resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following Water <br />and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2009 are hereby adopted: <br />Wow <br />MEM <br />2009 Water Operating Budget 2009 Sewer Operating Budget <br />Operating Revenues $1,388,500 $1,675,000 <br />Transfers 204.305 -0- <br />Total Revenues & Transfers $1,592,805 $1,675,000 <br />Operating Expenses $1,180,970 $1,475,393 <br />Debt Service 411.612 -0- <br />Total Expenses $1,592,582 $1,475,393 <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses $ 223 S 199,607 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 15th day of December, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Stoltz <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Mayor Bergeson, <br />Councilmembers Reinert, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Gallup. <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
