Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />'" CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 08-148 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009 RECREATION FUND BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the Recreation Fund is a Special Revenue Fund, and <br />— <br />WHEREAS, Special Revenue Funds are required to adopt a budget for the forthcoming year. <br />— NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following <br />Recreation Fund Operating Budget for the year 2009 is hereby adopted: <br />2009 RECREATION FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES EXPENDITURES <br />Adult Instructional $ 10,000 $ 8,800 <br />Adult Leagues 36,720 25,875 <br />Youth Instructional 70,900 87,800 <br />Youth Leagues 37,000 29,000 <br />Special Events 3,530 5,060 <br />Program Totals $158,150 $156,535 <br />Operating Surplus 0 1,615 <br />Recreation Fund Totals $158,150 $158,150 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 15th day of December, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />O'Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor <br />— Bergeson, Councilmembers Reinert, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Gallup. <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />— Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
