She has considerable experience in the use of public - private partnerships to <br />facilitate real estate development. She is currently serving as Chair of the Urban Land <br />Institute of Minnesota, which brings together public and private sector leaders to foster <br />collaboration, share knowledge and join in meaningful strategic action in the areas of <br />housing, environment, transportation, and jobs and economic development. <br />Ms. Bennett and Ms. Carey will begin with a presentation to the council and then take <br />questions.
