Consider Resolution No. 09 -94, Summary of Ordinance No. 11-09 for 157 Publication 158 159 City Planner Bengtson reported that the Lino Lakes Town Center Design and Development 160 Guidelines cover the development of the area surrounding city hall. These guidelines did not 161 previously address assisted living facilities appropriately and staff has proposed language to 162 allow these type of facilities in certain areas with certain conditions. The council has previously 163 approved the first reading of this ordinance and staff is now recommending approval of second 164 reading and adoption as well as approval of a resolution authorizing summary publication of the 165 ordinance. 166 167 Council Member O'Donnell moved to dispense with full reading of the ordinance. Council 168 Member Gallup seconded the motion.
