•
•
The building will have faux stone material on all the "Gable End Walls ". Hardy Board
"Cement board" will be used on the remainder. The look of the contrasting materials will
give the end walls a solid or structural look with the Hardy plank giving a warm
agricultural feeling to the building. Overall, the appearance will be professional but with
a touch of the rural character and history of the area.
We have discussed the landscape requirements with Jeff Smizer and we are confident that
our plants cape surpasses the basic requirements of the city. The plantings have been
designed to enhance both the site and building when viewed from the road, to offer
privacy to the staff when using the exterior patio area, and to offer additional
enhancement for patients when approaching the main entrance.
Our signage will be a low monument type sign that conforms to the city's requirements.
We are excited about the new office and look forward to moving to this new location.
We feel that the proposed dental office will be a positive addition to the area and the
development that is coming to the new neighborhood.
Sincerely,
Scott Mower
Progressive Architecture
SM:so
Enclosures
