• DATE: June 4, 2001 <br />TO: LINO LAKES PLANNING AND ZONING <br />• <br />• <br />CC: Marty Asleson <br />FROM: Scott Lanyon, Chair <br />Lino Lakes Environmental Board <br />RE: TARGET PROJECT <br />I am writing to clarify that the Environmental Board has yet to make final <br />recommendations regarding the TARGET Project. <br />The Environmental Board has been working under the assumption that the normal <br />progression is for projects to be reviewed by the Environmental Board and subsequently <br />by P &Z. Unfortunately, this timing could not be worked out for the Target Project. <br />There is an EAW for this project and we will not see the comments and associated <br />developer responses until early July we are told. Therefore, the Environmental Board <br />cannot provide P &Z with a fmal assessment of this project in time for your meeting. We <br />have requested that copies of the comments and associated developer responses be made <br />available to the Board as soon as they are available. The board will review these and <br />make our final recommendation to council at that time. <br />
