The buildings in the small retail area have been further separated in the latest plan. <br />Special consideration should be given to pedestrian passage from one retail shop to <br />the next. <br />2. Landscaping: An additional row of trees was added in the Target parking lot. This <br />should be considered in the Kohl's parking lot to break up the massive expanse of <br />parking in front of the store. <br />3. Screening: It is my understanding that Target stores its shopping carts outside in front <br />of the grocery store. We had asked them to consider a stone wall similar to the one at <br />the Stillwater Target to screen the carts. <br />4. Street lights: Ryan has indicated that it has decorative street lights planned. More <br />information regarding the streetscape needs to be submitted. If decorative streetlights <br />are used, there should be agreement that these are the streetlights that are used <br />throughout the Town Center. <br />
