CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m., October 10, 2001. <br />H. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved. <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to approve the minutes of the September 11, 2001, meeting <br />of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board, and was supported by Mr. Corson. <br />Motion carried 3-0-1 (Lyden abstained). <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:31 p.m. <br />No one was present for open mike. <br />Mr. Lyden made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:32 p.m., and was supported by Mr. <br />Hyden. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />V. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING, Molin Concrete, 415 Lilac Street, <br />Amend Conditional Use Permit, Amend Interim Use Permit, Site Plan Review <br />Chair Schaps declared the continued public hearing opened at 6:32 p.m. <br />
