She indicated that staff has discussed with the applicant the possibility of eliminating the tool shed. Chair Schaps questioned whether attaching the tool shed to the garage would meet the ordinance requirements. Ms. Gretz felt that incorporating the two structures into one would be a possible solution. Mr. Rafferty requested confirmation that the two detached structures currently on site consisted of the tool shed and the garage. Ms. Gretz stated this was correct. Mr. Rafferty requested confirmation that if the tool shed were eliminated approximately 80 square feet of total existing structure would be eliminated. Ms. Gretz agreed.
