• <br />• <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />April 10, 2002 <br />Page 15 <br />Bernie Rolstad, 1505 East Holly Drive, stated he had lived on Holly Drive since 1960 <br />and he had watched a lot of growth and change within the City. He expressed concern <br />about the density of the project and the increase of traffic. He expressed concern about <br />the traffic on Centerville Road. He stated if they put 200 more cars on Centerville Road, <br />this would make a great impact. He stated he had spoken with Anoka County and there <br />was no plan in the immediate future to improve Centerville Road. He stated this increase <br />would make it difficult for people living on Holly Drive to get onto Centerville Road. <br />Herman Zurtel, expressed concern regarding the wetland area. He emphasized the <br />wetland area had not been delineated. He stated he believed the City's maps did not <br />show the wetland accurately. He expressed concern about the road going through the <br />wetland area. He stated progress was coming and he did no know what could be done <br />about it. He stated in previous discussion with C � ey were told that as far as <br />MUSA went they could not get MUSA from the west, h had to get MUSA from <br />some other area. Mr. Weiland replied they would <br />be impacting some of the wetlands, but they were not completely removing any.
