Proposed condition <br />drainage areas are shown on the grading plan. <br />Supporting drainage area map has been provided. <br />4. The proposed outlet control structure detail shows a treated wood weir in the proposed <br />structure. This weir will need to be concrete. <br />The outlet control structure detail has been revised to show a concrete weir. <br />5. In order for the top of Pond #1's outlet control structure to be considered as an <br />emergency overflow, the outlet pipe from the control structure will need to be a minimum <br />size of 15" RC pipe. <br />The outlet pipe has been increased to 15" RC pipe. This allows the top of the <br />structure to be considered as an emergency overflow. <br />• 6. What elevation and where is the emergency overflow for Pond #2? <br />• <br />Overflow locations have been added to the grading plan. <br />7. Drainage easements are required around all ponds and wetlands. They need to be shown <br />on the grading plan. <br />Drainage easements have been added to the plan. <br />8. Does the City want to control when the Erosion Control measures can be removed? If <br />so, some of the language on the grading plan will need to be changed. <br />The Erosion Control notes have been revised stating the City will give approval for <br />the removal of the Erosion Control measures. <br />9. To help control erosion at the outlet pipes, the pipes should be designed so that the <br />maximum velocities do not exceed 6-feet per second. Also, rip -rap will need to be placed <br />at the end of the outlet structure. A detail should be shown on the grading plan. <br />The outlet pipes have been revised to restrict the maximum velocities to 6 feet per <br />second. The required rip -rap location and detail has also been added to the grading <br />plan. <br />10. Have soil borings been taken? If so, what is the water table elevation? <br />
