CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />September 26, 2012 Environmental Board Minutes. <br /> <br />Change Mr. O’Dea to Ms. O’Dea on page 3. <br /> <br />Ms. Andrzejewski made a motion to approve the September 26, 2012 <br />Environmental Board Minutes. Mr. Heiskary seconded the motion to approve. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Ms. Andrzejewski made a motion to approve the agenda. Mr. Heiskary seconded <br />the motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />Open mike closed at 6:34 p.m. <br /> <br />5. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Bill’s Superette <br /> <br />Mr. Asleson presented his staff report. He reviewed land cover, rare and unique <br />resources, wetlands, surface water/ponds, stormwater pollution prevention plan, <br />grading notes, tree preservation, landscape plan, crime prevention through <br />environmental design analysis, etc. <br />
