Mr. Lyden <br />replied that was correct. <br />Mr. Grochala questioned the average household figure. Mr. Lyden cited a Metropolitan <br />Council table indicating the population size of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />The motion was supported by Ms. Lane. <br />Motion carried 4 -2. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING — Russian Baptist Church, Ash St./Baldwin Lk. <br />Rd., Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit <br />Chair Schaps reopened the public hearing at 9:32 p.m. <br />Staff stated the City had received an application for Site Plan Review and a Conditional <br />Use Permit for Russian Baptist Church. This application was initially presented at the <br />June 12th meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board, but was tabled pending further <br />information on a number of issues, including: <br />• Investigating providing city services through either the City of Circle Pines or the <br />City of Shoreview, as an alternative to the proposed use of a well and septic <br />system. <br />
