Mr. Grochala questioned the average household figure. Mr. Lyden cited a Metropolitan Council table indicating the population size of the City of Lino Lakes. The motion was supported by Ms. Lane. Rd., Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit Chair Schaps reopened the public hearing at 9:32 p.m. Staff stated the City had received an application for Site Plan Review and a Conditional Use Permit for Russian Baptist Church. This application was initially presented at the June 12th meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board, but was tabled pending further information on a number of issues, including: • Investigating providing city services through either the City of Circle Pines or the City of Shoreview, as an alternative to the proposed use of a well and septic system.
