The City Engineer replied it would not be inexpensive <br />and it would be a minimum of $30,000.00. <br />Mr. Lyden asked what the buildable land was on the lot. Ms. Gretz replied that, not <br />knowing the size of the wetland, she could not answer that at this time. <br />
