• <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />July 10, 2002 <br />Page 28 <br />Len Lampert, architect, stated he was present to answer any questions they had. Chair <br />Schaps asked him to address the septic system and well issue versus the sewer issue. <br />Mr. Lampert replied the $55,000.00 cost for City sewer was to the curb line and then they <br />would need to bring it into the building, which he estimated would cost an additional <br />$15,000.00. He replied the storage tank, pump, concrete, well, and drain field areas were <br />coming in around $30,000. Thus, there would be a $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 increase to <br />get City Sewer. He also expressed concern about a timing issue and the Joint Powers <br />Agreement with the City of Circle Pines and the possibility of delaying this project. <br />Ryan Raske, RLK Engineering, stated the buildable area of the property was <br />approximately 2 acres. <br />Chair Schaps stated Mary Ann McDouglas <br />to the Board requesting this project not be ap <br />one -half mile from this proposed project. He stated there was no proposed swale on the western side. <br />Mr. Lampert stated they had done an elaborate lighting plan that was within the City <br />requirements. He stated the fixtures would be pointed downward. He addressed the <br />Church building height. <br />
