He asked what the traffic flow would be and specifically about the issue of parking and if there was an opportunity to increase the green space to protect some of the neighbors. He asked if they could replace the maple trees with evergreens. Staff pointed out the extra landscaping that was being added. He reviewed the necessity of the parking areas. He stated the parking areas would have green space around them. He explained why they were using maple trees instead of evergreens.
