It was not a major draw for people to go out of their <br />way to get to this facility. <br />Mr. Zych stated he believed this would increase the traffic at this intersection. <br />Mr. Goertz stated on the lots that they had developed, everyone was made aware of the <br />potential future development. He stated it should come as no surprise for the <br />neighborhood. <br />Mr. Corson asked what was to keep people from using Ware Road as a shortcut to <br />County Road 49. Mr. Grochala replied there were no specific design considerations on <br />
