ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 17, 2008 <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br /> <br />DATE : December 17, 2008 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:30 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 7:30 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Mary Jo O’Dea, Barbara Bor, Pamela Hartley, <br />Martha DeHaven and Peter Brown <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : Paula Andrzejewski add Kim Brouillet <br />STAFF PRESENT : Environmental Coordinator Marty Asleson <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />November 19, 2008 minute changes: <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea had one change in the first paragraph of page three. Change what the <br />City can legally do to require this to what legal authority allowed there actions. <br /> <br />Ms. Hartley made a motion to approve the November 19, 2008 minutes with <br />changes. Mr. O’Dea seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Ms. Hartley made a motion to approve the agenda as is. Mr. Brown seconded the <br />motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />5. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />Open mike opened and closed at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />6. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br />7. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Anoka Soil Water Conservation District/Public Education/Nate <br />Zwonitzer <br /> <br />Mr. Zwonitzer contacted Mr. Asleson regarding opportunities for free education <br />workshops for residents. <br />1
