CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />July 28, 2010 Minutes <br /> <br />Discussion Item 2, add the following paragraph: As the Emerald Ash Borer <br />Preparedness Plan is developed, the City has an opportunity to remove trees that <br />are unhealthy while not under quarantine and less costly to do so. <br /> <br />Ms. Klaman made a motion to approve the July 28, 2010 minutes. Mr. Heiskary <br />seconded the motion to approve the Minutes. Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> Add Race Track Update under Discussion Items. <br /> <br /> Ms. Klaman made a motion to approve the agenda. Ms. Bor seconded the motion <br />to approve the agenda.
