CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Ms. Bor called the meeting to order at 6:25 p.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />April 27, 2011Environmental Board Minutes Approved. <br /> <br />Ms. Klaman made a motion to approve the April 27, 2011 Environmental Board <br />Minutes. Mr. Heiskary seconded the motion to approve. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Add D: Rice Lake Elementary Rain Gardens <br />Add E: Quality of the Lino Lakes trail system. <br />Add F: Community Garden discussion on rules. <br /> <br />Ms. Andrzejewski made a motion to approve the agenda. Ms Klaman seconded <br />the motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br /> <br />Open mike closed at 6:58 p.m. <br /> <br />5. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />Oppidan Grocery Store Proposal – Hodgson Road/County Rd J <br /> <br />Concept plan review for Oppidan Grocery Store proposal on Hodgson Road and <br />County Road J. <br /> <br />Mr. Asleson stated the Board’s focus is on environmental issues.
