He asked for the Board's suggestions and recommendations. <br />Chair Schaps stated he has had conversations with Mr. McDonald and Mr. Smyser <br />regarding the expansion of his business, and asked if Mr. McDonald changed the wall <br />construction, would it still be considered a pole barn. Mr. Smyser replied before Mr. <br />McDonald built onto this building, it was a pole barn and he told Mr. McDonald as long <br />
