Mr. Raffel <br />replied they would be. <br />Mr. Hyden inquired about signage. Mr. Raffel replied there was a lit sign by the road on <br />the northeast comer of the property. There would also be a sign on the building facing <br />Lake Drive. He noted they would submit the signs drawings and elevations at the time of <br />the building permit. <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to approve Ray Benkler, Car Wash, XXX Lake Drive, <br />Conditional Use Permit, subject to staffs recommendations and conditions as outlined in <br />staffs report. <br />The motion was supported by Mr. Rafferty. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to approve Ray Benlder, Car Wash, Lake Drive, Site <br />Plan Review, subject to staffs recommendations and conditions as outlined in staff's <br />report. <br />The motion was supported by Mr. Hyden. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />C. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING, Gary Uhde, Behm's Century Farms 6th — 10th <br />Additions, South of Main St. & North of Carl St. — Section 7, Preliminary Plat, <br />Rezone, MUSA Allocation. <br />Staff noted there was no additional information at this time and recommended continuing <br />the public hearing to the December, 2002 Planning & Zoning Board Meeting. <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION to continue the Public Hearing to the December, 2002 <br />Planning & Zoning Board Meeting. <br />The motion was supported by Mr. Hyden. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />VI.
