He agreed that right now it appeared it needed to go through, but given more <br />information, that could change. With respect to the Airpark lots, he agreed with Chair <br />Schaps and Mr. Hunter with respect to the buffer. He stated he went along with Mr. <br />Hunter on all of the issues he brought up. He stated he was surprised at the change of <br />density issue and believed the townhomes were too packed in. He stated he would like to <br />see lower density there, but he definitely did not want to compromise the open space, but <br />his job was to follow the Comprehensive Plan and that was part of the Comprehensive <br />Plan and he felt boxed in, but he would follow the Plan. <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to table this and continue the public hearing to the January, <br />2003 meeting. <br />The motion was supported by Mr. Corson. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Set up extra January meeting date for Zoning Ordinance Public Hearing. <br />Mr. Smyser stated there were several Ordinances coming up and it was necessary to have <br />a Special Meeting on January 22, 2003. <br />Mr. Lyden requested the information be provided to the Board as soon as possible. Mr. <br />Smyser replied they would receive the Zoning Ordinance by Christmas. <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:58 p.m., and was supported by <br />Mr. Corson.
